WCCA hosts annual events that bring members and the community together while supporting youth agriculture in Wagoner County.
Annual Membership Meeting
Each spring, WCCA members gather for our Annual Membership Meeting to renew dues, enjoy a steak dinner sponsored by local agricultural and community businesses, and receive updates on association business and issues impacting Wagoner County cattle producers.
During this meeting, members participate in the election and re-election of board members and leadership, ensuring continued representation and direction for the organization.
The meeting provides an opportunity for fellowship, discussion, and active involvement in the future of our local agricultural community.

Chili Supper Fundraiser
Our annual Chili Supper brings members and the community together each fall to raise funds for WCCA scholarships and county junior livestock shows. The evening includes a meal, fellowship, and our well-loved dessert auction, which plays a key role in supporting youth involved in agriculture throughout Wagoner County.
Proceeds from this event directly support local students and agricultural families, strengthening the future of cattle producers in our community.
Event coordination is led by the WCCA board and supported by their families. Members and community volunteers who would like to assist with cooking, setup, or tear down are encouraged to contact us.
